My sister
gave me your book, Affirmations Your Passport to Happiness.
Instantly I loved the green cover as it felt so inviting. I
was in desperate need of a new career because the law firm
where I worked had just down-sized and I was laid off, for the
first time in my life. It was a horrible feeling, a sense of
not belonging or being a part of life. I became quite
depressed and this was the time that my sister gave me your
book as a birthday gift.
I called
you and asked you about a Career Affirmation and taking
information from your book, you and I created one that was
individually tailored for me, or at least I thought it was at
the time. My Master Career Affirmation read:
"I,
Suzie deserve and now have a lasting, successful career for me
where in I earn in excess of $40,000 per year net. My
employers are happy with my work and I am happy and fulfilled to
the good of al parties concerned. Thank you, Thank
you, Thank you."
My Short
Form Affirmation was 'perfect, lasting successful career
for me'
I did this
Affirmation for seven months faithfully and with what I
thought was belief and nothing happened. I could not
understand it as I knew your were doing a Support Affirmation
for me along the same lines. What was wrong? Again I
became greatly discouraged and was just about to give up when
I thought I would give you a call.
For some
reason you asked me a question you had not asked before. You
said, "Are you sure you want a full-time, lasting
successful career for you?" I replied, "You know
what I really, really want a permanent part-time career.
I don't want to or need to work that much. You said, "The
light just went on in my head." Then you exclaimed,
"That's it, that's it. That is why your affirmation is
not working.
You are
actually working against yourself --- your
subconscious mind knows that you do not want or need to work
full-time, yet that is what you are affirming in your Master
Affirmation. The two do not agree, so it is
not bringing that career into manifestation for you!"
Right then
and there we changed the Affirmation to read:
"I, Suzie
deserve and now have the perfect, lasting successful permanent
PART-TIME career for me wherein I earn in excess of $40,000
per year net. My employers are happy with my work and I
am happy and fulfilled to the good of all parties
concerned. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you."
My Short
Form Affirmation was - 'perfect, lasting, successful,
permanent part-time career for me.'
Today, yes
today, just three weeks after changing my affirmation, I am
writing to tell you the great news! I got the perfect,
lasting, successful, permanent PART-TIME career for me.
Imagine I work less hours and make the same amount of
money.

Success - "Isn't it great? Thank you, Thank
you, Thank you. Anne Marie please keep on teaching these
wonderful truths and giving us these powerful affirmation
tools to use to help us make our lives happier and more
prosperous.
