Lyle Wallace brings a lot of enthusiasm and
energy to the job. While employed at Ebco Industries he re-wrote
our Occupational Health and Safety Manual, and made significant
improvements to our HRIS and Systems Reports.
With his background in Steel Fabrication, he
was able to advance our Apprenticeship and Trades Training
programs and assist the Managers to recruit the best people for
the job. He has excellent communication and computer skills and
I have no doubt that he will add value to any company that
employs his services.
