OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY
Lyle will implement new strategies and/or audit
current practices to reduce your organizations Health &
Safety costs. He will design, develop and implement an
effective Occupational Health &
Safety program to suit your needs and comply with Workers
Compensation Board (WCB) requirements. If you wish, he would
organize your Health & Safety Committee, facilitate your
workplace safety meetings or develop and implement your
workplace inspection program.
ORIENTATION TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Lyle will design, develop, implement,
coordinate and deliver new hire orientation training to
promote the organizations corporate policies and perspectives.
Emphasis will be placed on the importance of safe work ethics
and worker responsibilities.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Lyle will design and implement an effective
performance review system that promotes accountability and
improves productivity. He can add participative goal setting
or performance based incentive plans to meet your current
needs.
RECRUITMENT & SELECTION
Lyle can administer all of your recruitment and
selection initiatives to attract the right person for the job.
He will design and facilitate the development of your
advertisements, and screen potential candidates. Included here
is the task of conducting reference checks and then providing
you with a short list of ideal choices. If required he will
facilitate the final selection process and negotiate the
compensation package.
